8th ranked Fulshear looking for a district win over Richmond Randle, but it wouldn't be that easy First quarter, Alaysia Cook runs through the Lady Charger defense like a hot knife through butter and she scores 2 of her 16. Game was tied at 16 after 1. The 2nd quarter was all Fulshear guard Rukie Ogbevire (ROOKIE Oh-BEV-ER-RAY)....first she misses, gets her own rebound and then drops the floater on 'em Then, off the break, she crossed over her defender in the lane for another layup. Oggbevire with a game high 19 points and Fulshear led 27-21 at intermission. 2nd half, here comes the Lions....Cook lines up a 3 and knocks it down. Randle outscored Fulshear by 15 in the 3rd to take a 9 point lead. Jaziel (Juh-ZEEL) King is out cherry pickin and her teammates find her for the deuce. Randle pulls off the upset, 60-56.
