There is little debate that the best defensive player in the Houston area is Oak Ridge linebacker, Justin Williams. He just dominated offenses in 2022 as Justin finished with 95 tackles and 17 tackles for loss. Williams also totaled 8 and a half sacks for the War Eagles. He continued his attack on quarterbacks this year as he is a finalist for the Butkus Award which honors the best linebacker in the nation. Justin will be headed to Georgia for his college ball
