Bay City Football - Chevy Spotlight The Bay City Football program has a long storied tradition, with state titles in 1983 and 2000. But the Black Cats missed the playoffs for nine consecutive seasons before Head Coach Lupe Florez led Bay City back to the postseason last year, in his 2nd season at the helm.
