Bridgeland would cap another impressive drive with Weigman, The A&M commit firing a fastball over the middle, great grab by Maleski, the Bears back in the lead at 14-7..
Then its Weigman again, showing off the touch on the deep ball, he hits Oscar (Nah-nuh) with a beautiful rainbow in stride, thats as good as it gets folks a 75 yard strike and a 21-7 lead still in the 1st quarter..
We move to the 2nd quarter where the Bears get an easy score, the ol Philly special as Jonathan Nelson tosses a short td pass to Weigman...Everything going Bridgelands way
After the Intermission the Woodlands with some good adjustments and a little bit of luck as Nick Sims bobbles the snap - but Bridgeland has the return on and that opens up a lot of green - a punters dream as he picks up big yardage to get the Highlanders a new possession.
That sets up a 1 yard Qb Sneak from (Met-awe-your) but the rally falls just short, Bridgleand hangs on for a 39-35 win.
