North Shore's staggering defense was definitely ready to hold it down last night against the Panthers
First quarter, Wyndell Mitchell looks off the defense to his left and then spots David Amador wide open on the right for a huge gain into the red zone.
Later in the drive, North Shore on the 1 and Mitchell fakes the handoff and makes the easy pass to Jhalyn (Jalen) Bailey to make it 7-0 Mustangs.
Mitchell had to be tough against the Panther front 4 as he takes off and breaks a couple tackles, then carries a couple more guys for an 11 yard gain.
Later in that drive, Mitchell to Bailey again but this time its from 21 yards out. North Shore up 14-0 and they would lead 17-0 at the half.
They would then hand it over to the defense. Jacoby Brass with the sack as the Mustangs win 17-0 and will face Atascocita next week for the district title.
