Second quarter, it's 14-7 now, and Summer Creek hands it off to their workhorse, Lloyd Avant....and there he goes. That's a 66 yard touchdown straight down the sidelines and the Bulldogs are up 21-7.
Eagles answer back quickly when Brown connects with Jelani Watkins and the LSU commit takes it 51 yards to make it a one score game.
But with 32 seconds left in the half, Avant bulldozes his way into the end zone from the 5. Summer Creek beats Atascocita for the first time in school history, 45-28. And they will be a huge favorite in the 6A Division 2 playoffs
