Randle Shuts Out Spring Westfield 3-0 on Mohammadi Field Goal

September 14, 2026
Richmond Randle defeated Spring Westfield 3-0 on a Yasin Mohammadi field goal, with Patrick Oliver's interception helping seal the shutout.

Three points was all it took. Richmond Randle held Spring Westfield scoreless Friday night, winning a defensive grind 3-0 on the strength of a 28-yard field goal from Yasin Mohammadi and a stout performance from a defense that refused to give an inch.

The Mustangs came in on the road and found little room to operate. Patrick Oliver set the tone early, picking off a Westfield pass to end a promising drive in the first half and swing momentum toward Randle.

The second half opened with Westfield's Enzo Jones returning the kickoff and working his way to inside the 30, but the Mustangs couldn't convert the field position into points. Randle took over from there, leaning on Landen Williams-Callis, who broke off his longest carry of the night to push the ball inside the 10-yard line.

When that drive stalled, Mohammadi trotted out and delivered — splitting the uprights from 28 yards to give Randle the only margin it would need. The Randle defense did the rest, preserving the shutout and handing Westfield a tough road loss.
