Landen Williams-Callis Erupts for 4 TDs as Randle Rolls Past Iowa Colony 49-7
Four touchdowns before halftime. That was the Landen Williams-Callis story Friday night as Richmond Randle extended its winning streak to six games with a 49-7 dismantling of District 11-5A-Division I rival Iowa Colony.
Williams-Callis got things started early, weaving through defenders on a 29-yard touchdown run to put the Lions up 7-0. Randle didn't slow down from there. On the ensuing possession, the offense reached into its bag of tricks — Brady Bratcher took a lateral and fired a pass to Kamar Chavez-Brown, who then connected with Williams-Callis for a 40-yard score.
The most jaw-dropping moment came with Randle backed up inside its own 10-yard line in the second quarter. Williams-Callis took the handoff and didn't stop running for 91 yards, his fourth touchdown of the half. Iowa Colony never found an answer, and the Lions cruised to the 49-7 final.
