The Katy Tigers continued their dominance in District 19-6A softball with a convincing 13-0 victory over rival Katy Taylor. Oklahoma-bound senior E.K. Smith was the star of the game, striking out 10 batters in the circle and contributing significantly at the plate with an RBI hit and a solo home run. The Tigers' offense exploded in the third inning, highlighted by a three-run homer from Evie Willemssen. Maddie Smith also joined the home run party with a two-run shot to right field. With the win, Katy improves its overall record to 17-4 and remains undefeated in district play.
