Tristen Cotton, Crosby High School Football - Chevy Spotlight

Last season the Crosby Cougars were one of the biggest surprises in the area, making a run all the way to the State Semi-finals. That was due in large part to the play of their first year starter at quarterback. This season Tristen Cotton and Crosby won’t be sneaking up on anyone. The number two ranked Cougars bring back one of the most potent offenses in the State and expectations have never been higher. He has the arm and the speed to be a nightmare for opposing defenses, but his biggest asset? That would be his leadership. On the field Tristen Cotton is as good as they come, but according to Coach Riordan, it’s the way he carries himself off the field that really sticks out. Cotton has the Cougars on the right track this season in the form of an undefeated season and what looks like a long playoff run ahead of them.
