On the other side of the bracket, Derrick Griffin was sporting some impressive looking headphones prior to his Terry Rangers clash with Crosby at the Merrell Center. Crosby was fired up, but Griffin glides to the hole for the basket as Terry jumped out to an 11-0 run. Crosby doesn't get on the board until Raelon Singleton gets free on the baseline midway thru the 1st. Terry continued to apply the pressure Michael Maxwell to Griffin for the Jam and it was 21-7 Terry after one. 2nd quarter Eugene Wright with some moves and he gets to the basket for the deuce, Wright led the way for Terry with 20 points. Crosby fights back, good work to get the ball to Keldrick Williams as the Cougars cut the lead to 12. Terry's defense was suffocating, up ahead to Dimetri Amerson for the layup and a 29-15 lead. Amerson had 15 on the night. Amerson appears to be going for an alley-oop to Griffin, it ends up just being a pass down low, but a slam all the same. Terry rolls 66-49.
