Stratford Spartans vs. Dawson Eagles - 2013 Football - 4A Division 1 Region 3 Final

Dawson knocked Stratford out of the playoffs a year ago something Terrance Peters was well aware of. Stratford Sound Full "ready to get revenge" Stratford's quarterback Freddy Price to Will Bredthauer down to the Dawson one. From there Rakeem Boyd takes it in and Stratford grabs a 7-0 lead. Stratford goes back to work, Freddy Price to Jack Price, he finds some running room and it's a pick up of 37, set up a field goal..Stratford took a 10-7 lead to the half. Second half Terrance Peters finds some room, gets to the outside and goes 31 yards for the score. Stratford extends the lead to 17-7. Then the Spartan defense steps up...Mikal Pruitt with sack...Dawson is forced to punt again. Start of the 4th quarter, Sophmore Rakeem Boyd goes up the middle, puts on a few moves and scampers 21 yards to the end zone, 24-7. Then Terrance Peters with his second score of the day, this one form one yard out, 31-7, Stratford is the 4A region three champ. They win it 38-7.
