Spring Lions vs. Eisenhower Eagles - 2014 Football - Week 3

Spring up 13-2 & we're in the 3rd quarter Eisenhower trying to get things going.... Juwan Williams with the carry... he busts it open.. breaks tackle... 40 yd run to the Spring 3 yard line Next play, Eagles QB Faraji Robinson with the nice option fake. He goes in for an apparent six, but a penalty wiped it out & that was big Because on 3rd & goal.. the Spring defense comes up huge. Mason Aguilar gets in the backfield & sniffs out the run. The Eagles would miss the FG 4th quarter... Eisenhower's defense trying to get things going. Spring with the throw downfield but George Nyakwai with the interception & he sprints down the far sideline. Huge return & he is finally tackled at the 34 But the Eagles give it right back, QB Robinson scrambles & then throws downfield into double coverage. Mason Denman pulls down the interception at the 10 yard line More Lions defense... Eisenhower near midfield but on the carry the ball is stripped & Miles Johnson recovers. Not much scoring in this one. Spring wins 13-2
