Last year when Shadow Creek and Pearland Dawson met it was for the district title. Too early to tell this year, but still a huge game.
First quarter, Dawson's Bryce Burgess gets the handoff...takes it up the middle....gets hit, but that doesn't bother him. That's a 33 yard score 7-0 Eagles
2nd quarter, more Dawson, Colin Johnson throws one to Ashton Stroman and 2 Sharks defenders hit him in the back. Didn't phase him at all as Stroman races 63 yards for the touchdown and Eagles now lead 24-17.
The Sharks would score 28 unanswered points in the second half. Tylik (tie-leek) Burton finds a hole and looks like he's off to the races. He would get tripped up at the 10 yard line and Shadow Creek would later score.
Then, Felix Buchanon bursts through the hole and goes 35 yards for the score. Shadow Creek takes care of business 45-31.
