Playoffs Week 2 - Dickinson Gators vs. Pearland Oilers - 2014 Football

We pick it up on the Second drive of the game for the Gators, Cameron Martin and Jacolbie Fowler with a beautiful pitch and catch for 38 yards down to the 2 yard line A few plays later it's Martin calling his own number for the 1 yard touchdown as Dickinson takes a 7-0 lead The Oilers would answer in the second quarter, Jake Blumrick to Ryan Diaz, an 18 yard gain down to the 11 yard line for Pearland A few plays later it's Jake Blumrick finding Cody Williams in the endzone for the TD and this game is tied at 7 But just before the half the Gators put another on the board, watch the outstanding catch by Blake Carlisle, a 26 yard touchdown to make it 14-7 Dickinson Second half it's Martin to Jacolbie Fowler for a 23 yard gain, leads to another Dickinson TD to make it 21-7 But the Oilers don't give up Jake Blumrick rolls out and finds Ryan Desotel for the touchdown, extra point no good and it's a 21-13 game After an interception the Oilers turn that into another score, Davier Pinkston with the touchdown run around the right side to make it 21-19 And then Pearland goes for 2 and gets it on another nice run by Davier Pinkston and it's a new ballgame as we are tied at 21 in the fourth quartrer But Dickinson's passing game was too much for the Oilers, Cameron Martin with the strike to Jordan Meyers, 32 yard touchdown, 28-21 Dickinson The Gators add another touchdown on this run by Martin and take down the Oilers 35-21 the final. Dickinson will face Cy Fair in next weeks Regional Semifinal.
