5A Region 3 Area round action saw Pearland take on Bush. Laneetra Guillory with a stuff then Miranda Lejune gets it up to Keara Hudnall who puts it in on the other end for a 7 point Pearland lead. Pearland was up 8 with a minute to play, but Bush fires back Taylor Perry with a three pointer. Then Veronica Kemokai hits a three which cuts it to 55-51. Kemokai led Bush with 16 but the Broncos couldn't close the gap. Pearland advances 60-53.
