Marshall Buffaloes vs. Brazosport Exporters 2013 Basketball Week 8

We start in 4A region 3 Marshall was looking to prove why they were ranked #1 for a good chunk of the season as they tangled with Brazosport. The Buffaloes were trying to add to their halftime lead and Curtis Bynum finishes the fast break with the reverse layup and Marshall is now up by 5. Bynum again in the lane and gets the baby hook to fall as the Buffaloes extend the lead. But here come the Exporters, Jalen Smith is deadly off the dribble and gets the floater to fall, pulling Brazosport to within 2. Then it's his backcourt mate Khory Ross stroking the three ball from the wing to put the Exporters on top. Then it's Smith down the lane, he hangs in the air and gets the circus shot to somehow fall as Brazosport comes from behind and knocks off Marshall 58-52 the final. We just battled we battled on the boards we battled for every possession we could get guys on the floor loose balls, jump balls we did an outstanding job in the 4th quarter in effort and intensity.
