Livingston Band Members Juggle The Royal Brigade With Many Other School Activities

The Livingston Lions have had a tough time on the football field this year, but the Royal Brigade boosts many fans spirits at half time with an award winning show. Similar to the athletes on the gridiron, the Livingston Band is selfless. They work together to produce the best sound, as no individual is bigger than the entire group Even on a rainy afternoon, the Royal Brigade makes time to practice indoors. Band Director, Emily Albert, know she has to make every time with her band count because most of them share are active in many different activities. Take Junior, Carlos Anguiano (An-gone-oh), for example. Besides being the Drum Major for the band, Carlos is a member of 9 other school organizations and he works part time as a server (clips 37, 40,49,58 have Anguiano in them). And that’s not unusual as many of his band mates have 2 to 3 other after school activities they are involved in.
