1st quarter, La Marques Taquan Jones gets the handoff and he takes it around the end 8 yards for the touchdown, Cougars lead 7-0. But the Cougars defense makes a statement later in the half, tons of pressure and that's a safety, it's 16-7 La Marque. La Marque looking to add more, the homerun ball but Kashmere's Jerry Brooks comes out of nowhere and makes the interception. But La Marque continues to pound the ball, Daquan Jones finds some room down the sideline and powers his way in for the touchdown, 23-7 La Marque. La marque wins it 50 to 7,
