Just an incredible game between upstart Katy Jordan and those Katy Tigers.
Jordan came into the game undefeated and were not scared in the slightest. Chad Gasper with the 55 yard touchdown run and the Warriors would lead 14-0 after a quarter.
But Katy is always looking for an opportunity to change the tide of a game and when Colin Willets throws one right into the hands of Jeremiah Smith for a pick 6, we're tied at 14.
3rd quarter, Katy would break a 21 21 tie when Chase Johnsey takes the snap, but hands it to quarterback Gunner Nelson who hits Luke Carter for the score. 28-21 Tigers.
But the Warriors tie it right back up as Willets finds a wide open Tanner West in the middle of the field for a 72 yard touchdown 28 all after 3.
Katy gets the lead back when Nelson runs the play action and hits Cade McCall for a 28 yard score. 35-28.
5 minutes left and it's 35 all, Nelson pump faking...pump faking....but running the 2 yards himself for the game winning score. Katy pulls it off 42-35
