High School Athletes Team Up for Charity at DePelchin Center

In an inspiring display of community service, Houston area high school athletes teamed up with Houston Gridiron Legends for a charitable effort at the DePelchin Children's Center. This event, part of the Texas Bowl Day of Caring, saw over 100 volunteers, including students and sports icons like Super Bowl champion Wade Phillips, enhance the center by planting gardens, power washing, and beautifying the grounds. The DePelchin Center, established in 1892, focuses on fostering and adoption services, providing a crucial support system for children and families across Texas.
