George Bush High School Girl's Basketball - Chevy Spotlight

When you hear someone say Fort Bend Bush basketball, the assumption has become you're talking about the boy's team, but now the girls are jumping into the mix thanks to Head Coach Kimberly Smallwood and a simple concept...teamwork. The Lady Broncos have won 20 plus games each of the last four seasons with two district titles. They are on track to do the same this season because of some great senior leadership. Senior post Tamera Gulley, whose twin brother Trevor plays for the boy’s team, has extra motivation to make the Lady Broncos a household name. The eyes of many are opening fast and it's not just because of the girl’s success, if you blink while watching them, you just might miss something. Expect the Lady Broncos to push right on through to another district title and make another long run in the playoffs.
