2 of the best teams in 20-6A met up as Fort Bend Elkins took on Fort Bend Bush
Great start for the Broncos as they jumped all over Elkins early. That's Aaron Valentine in the corner for the 3 ball. Bush up 20-7 after 1.
Knights would peck away at that lead. Chris Johnson on the break for the 2 handed stuff to get Elkins some momentum.
Then Todd Woods with the great pick pocket move and layup. Elkins held Bush to 4 points in the 2nd quarter and only trailed 24-20 at the break.
3rd quarter, Johnson goes down and loses the ball. Kairee (kyree) Murray is the beneficiary and he makes the acrobatic layup on the other end.
Knights would be too tough down the stretch. Johnson sizes up the 3 ball and bangs it home.
Then, to close things out, Johnson breaks the press and Christopher Barnett ends it with the monster jam. Elkins wins 61-52.
