Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs vs. Fort Bend Clements Rangers - 2013 Football - Week 9

Clements Rangers welcoming the Austin Bulldogs to Mercer Stadium on homecoming night. But the Bulldogs are looking to spoil the party. First drive for Austin, Bryson Oglesby busts a big run before being brought down just shy of the goal line. Then Vic Enwere finishes the job, up and over for the TD 6-0 Bulldogs. On their following drive...the Rangers facing 4th and long, but it's no problem for junior quarterback Kolt Harfield as his pass is perfect and Luke Mayock makes a great grab for the score and a 7-6 Clements lead. But Austin would rattle off 21 unanswered points, including this 52-yard run from Enwere, despite the bobbled snap he goes the distance to make it 20-7 Bulldogs. Clements trying to keep it close in the first half as Austin Williams scores from short yardage cutting the Austin lead to 27-14. But the end of the first half would see more domination from Austin, Enwere continues his big night, this time a 6 yard score to extend the advantage to 34-13. And Oglesby closes out the first half of scoring as he takes the pitch from Seun Aboderin and scores on a 19-yard play, Austin up 40-14 going to the half and Bulldogs clinch a spot in the playoffs with the win.
