Arguably the best running back in 20-6A is Jeremy Payne out of Hightower. Payne rushed for just over a thousand yards and 13 touchdowns last year and also caught 17 passes for 3 more scores. This year he’s averaging over 160 yards a game for a 5-1 Hurricanes squad. Jeremy is an explosive and versatile big play back who won’t be run down once he gets past you. Payne committed to play at TCU.
