First quarter, that's Louisville commit Rueben Owens on the pitch and the 9 yard score. 14-3 Ricebirds at the half.
3rd quarter, Oliver Miles drops the ball on the exchange, picks it up and runs it in himself. El Campo up 21-3.
Stafford had trouble moving the ball all night. Kamare Shorts looking for an open receiver, but instead finds Jake Samaripa who makes the interception stifling yet another Spartan drive.
Interception leads to points as Miles finds Owens just inside the pilon for the touchdown. El Campo takes the district crown with a 28-11 victory.
