DJ Lagway is Lighting Up the Skies at Willis

You don’t have to be an expert at the game of football to see the extraordinary talents of Willis Quarterback, D J Lagway. Just take a look at his tape and even the most novice of fans can tell this kid’s special So far this season, Lagway has certainly played like a potential first round pick. Through Willis’ first 4 games he’s thrown for almost 13 hundred yards and completed 73% of his passes while accounting for 21 total touchdowns. Defenses have trouble figuring out what to take away…his arm…or his legs…..and to be honest, they haven’t done a good job of stopping either. Lagway was a multi sport star. In his underclassmen years he played baseball and basketball as well for Willis. However, the wear and tear on his body caused him to miss most of last season due to injury. Coach Trent Miller thinks in the long run, the time off may have been a blessing. And he has come back stronger. Through his play on the field and leadership off it, the Kats will be a legitimate problem for teams in the post season. In January, Lagway will move on to the University of Florida where he hopes to lead the Gators back to the top of the college football world. And from there, well, for this strong armed gunslinger….the sky’s the limit.
