Deer Park Deer vs. La Porte Bulldogs - 2014 Football - Week 5

The annual La Porte – Deer Park rivalry is called the Border Battle and it’s been played since 1946 with Deer Park holding a slight two game edge in the series. It’s getting more and more infrequent to find school districts in the area that just support a single 6A high school, and when you find two districts like that which are next door to each other, it makes it even better. Off we go to La Porte for the Border Battle, this week’s game of the week.
