5A division II action saw the Rams from Cy Ridge take on Eisenhower. Pick things up in the 3rd quarter Ike's Delvin Isadore passes it over the middle to Dean Seaton to cut the lead to 24-16. In the 4th quarter Isadore hooks up with Floyd Osborne on a beauty to set the Eagles up deep in Ram territory. Eisenhower gives it to future Texas Longhorn Donald Catalon at the 1 for the touchdown, Eisenhower plays it safe and doesn't go for 2 so it's now a 1 point game with around 10 minutes left. Cy Ridge running back Chris Robinson says don't forget about me, the 51 yard run was part of a 175 yard night, but the Rams couldn't capitalize. Eisenhower gets the ball back with just over a minute left, but Isadore is intercepted by Jacob Null and Cy Ridge is flying high with the 1 point win. The Rams will take on Memorial in the area round
