You won’t find a more complete athlete in Houston than Cy Park’s Harold Perkins. It’s rare to see a player go both ways in 6-A, but Perkins does just that and he does it superbly. Harold was first team all district as linebacker and running back last year and has been recruited mostly as a linebacker for college. As a junior, Perkins had 3 sacks and 14 and a half tackles for losses and as a running back he gained almost a thousand yards and 14 touchdowns. He will be the main reason the Tigers could make a run at the 16-6A title
