College Park's wrestling teams are on a path to greatness with a strong showing expected at this year's state tournament. Under the leadership of Erik Spjut, a three-time state champion, the program has grown to become a formidable force in Texas. The boys’ team is ranked third, while the girls’ team leads the state, featuring champions like Landri Vongonten and Anna Vogt. Senior Caio Aron, another high achiever, has already made a mark globally, finishing seventh at the World Championships and aiming for the 2028 Olympics.
