Clements was hosting Arlington Bowie in Fort Bend ISD tournament action. 2nd quarter Bowie's David Chavlovich gets the steal and lays it in Bowie would take a 27-25 lead into the half. Coleman Edwards got Clements off to a quick start in the 3rd qtr this puts the Rangers up 31-30, Edwards led the Rangers with 14. Then on the fast break it's Edwards driving and dishing to DJ Flowers who finishes things off and all the sudden Clements was up 40-33 heading into the 4th quarter. Clements was playing strong defense, Scott Flolid with the big blocked shot. But Bowie stayed in it. Jordan Versey with a baseline 3 pointer to pull the Vols to within 4. Versey had a team high 16, while Brandon Hall pumped in 15 points, three of which came late in the 4th on this clutch trey to give Bowie a one point lead. The game would go into overtime, Hall with the only field goal of the extra frame for either team as Clements offense fades down the stretch, 52-45 Bowie wins it.
