Clear Creek and Clear Lake both fired up to renew their rivalry…
Clear Creek lands the first punch, as Rayfield Conley goes right up the middle, 7 yards for the score and it’s 7-0.
Then the Wildcats defense comes up big, they flush the quarterback out of the pocket and then Tyler Armstrong flies in for the interception to set up the offense near midfield.
Moments later, Andrew Dry decides to keep it on the read option, and he has a huge hole. He goes 36 yards untouched, and Clear Creek leads 14-zip after one.
Clear Lake driving in the 2nd, but the Wildcats D forces another turnover. Logan Farlow picks off the pass for Clear Creek and he returns it out near midfield before he finally steps out of bounds at the 46 yard line.
Wildcats cash it into points, Dry goes to air and see a wide open Emiliio Allison. Perfect pitch and catch for a 42 yard touchdown, Clear Creek up 21-0.
The onslaught continues, as Dry pitches to Conley and Conley uses a couple of nice moves to find the end zone for a 19-yard touchdown run, Wildcats lead 28-3 at halftime and Clear Creek wins it 35-9.
