Channelview hoping to pick up a non district win at Clear Lake.
First quarter, Clear Lake's Devin Lippold (Lip-old) with the quick pass to Elijah Harris out of the backfield. Harris pushes a defender off him and that's a 43 yard touchdown. 7-0 Clear Lake
Still first, Darius Clark-James fires a screen to David Watson and Watson handles the rest. That's a 22 yard touchdown for Channelview and we're tied at 7.
But Channelview would get sloppy. The snap to the punter goes waayyy over his head and he gets tackle in the end zone for a safety. Clear Lake up 12-7.
Then in the 3rd quarter, Channelview's Bryce Parker runs into a pile and coughs up the football. Steven Wolken with the scoop and score. 32-14 Clear Lake.
And finally, Roberto Martinez of Channelview gets flushed out of the pocket....doesn't feel Alex Cadengo (Cuh-dingo) coming behind him and POW!!!! balls loose and Clear Lake recovers again....returning it into the red zone.
Clear Lake finishes things off with this 7 yard touchdown run by Ethan Robertson as the Clear Lake Falcons beat the Channelview Falcons 42-21.
