What does the best 4A band in Houston sound like Sound of band The Friendswood band placed 5th at the UIL state marching band championships this week, their 6th straight top 5 finish. I guess you could say it's a pressure every year to live up to the expectations that have been set before us it's definitely a big accomplishment it's a huge relief to be as successful as we have been. So now that y'all just placed 5th at state where are you going...we're going to Carl's Jr. It's Happy's place on earth. The Fun times and good food here at Carl's Jr. fall right in line with the spirit of the Friendswood band. We're generally a pretty rowdy bunch, especially hanging around the band hall and stuff, throughout the whole marching season we really get together as a family and can really get quite rowdy especially in the stands on Friday nights. Sounds of car horn honking. Not a bad rendition on the Camaro provided by Norman Frede Chevrolet, but they play these horns even better.
