Bellville vs Gilmer - 2023 Week 17 Football Highlights

Bellville all kinds of excited for their first state title appearance since 1977. They took on Gilmer from East Texas a minute into the game, Bray mas run it inside to Sam Hranicky (Rah- NISH-key) and he's gone for a 66 yard touchdown and Bellville is up 7-0. They fell down 14-7, but answer back through the air, no less.....they only threw 3 passes and completed just the one....this one....a 72 yard touchdown from Zack Leuschner to D D Murray and it's 14 all Later 2nd, Hranicky again on the inside hand off for a 58 yard score. He ran for 157 yards on the day and the Bray-mas trailed 28-20 at the half. Only score in the second half came on this Corrian Hood 4 yard touchdown run, but Bellville would miss the 2 point conversion and trail by 2. Came down to this....Game MVP Will Henderson needed 6 yards to ice the game...he got 11. Gilmer would run out the clock and win it 28-26.
