The Cardinals out score Chavez 31-15 in the 2nd quarter, culminating with Isaac Allen's jumper just before the buzzer to give Bellaire a 45-35 lead at the half. 3rd qtr Chavez whittling away at the lead, on the inbounds play Ryan Otis with a great move to the bucket, and Chavez got to within 3. The Cards created a bunch of trouble for the Lobos off the press Christian James with the steal showing why he's one of the states top juniors as he led the Cardinals with 27 in an 89-64 victory.
