Atascocita ranked #4 in the state, white United is ranked 5th.
2nd quarter, the Eagles Jordan Maddox starts roughing up the rims. First off the backdoor pass, Maddox slams it down with authority.
Then, off the errant pass, Maddox goes in with the one handed hammer. Maddox with 16 points and Atascocita up 18-14.
Still 2nd, Jerrell Barron gets his defender to leave his feet...that creates enough space for him to drop 3 of his 16 points. Atascocita up 34-26 at the break.
Second half, Kayde Dotson caught fire for the Timberwolves. This 3 pointer got United back to within 2 points.
But Dotson wasn't done because he was in "Ar-Kayde Mode" (arcade).....another big 3 helped him tally 24 points and United led 44-43 after 3.
4th quarter, Atascocita starts running off the break. Avian Jackson drives hard to the hoop and is fouled putting the Eagles up 52-46
Then Jachai (Juh-KYE) Cantave extends a Eagles 1 point lead with this reverse layup and Atascocita wins it 64-56. That's 20 straight wins for the Eagles.
