About Katy Morton Ranch
Katy Morton Ranch opened in 2004 in unincorporated Harris County. The Mavericks play at Mike Johnston Field at Legacy Stadium, a 12,000-seat facility shared with other Katy ISD schools. Danielle Hunter, now a star pass rusher for the Houston Texans, led Morton Ranch to its first playoff appearance in program history as a senior in 2011.
