About Cypress Woods
Cypress Woods High School opened in 2008 in Cypress and plays its home football games at Cy-Fair FCU Stadium inside the Berry Center. The Wildcats compete in Class 6A and made the playoffs in 2024, falling to Klein Collins 32-29 in the bi-district round. Linebacker Christian Jones, who played at Florida State and in the NFL, is among the school's notable football alumni.
