Collins knew they would get Cain's best shot as the Hurricanes have already taken a district loss.
Early in the first quarter, Collins scores first....Justin Castillo right up the gut for a 42 yard touchdown and the Tigers led 7-0.
Second quarter, Collins Q-B Tucker Parks feels the pressure and spins out of it. His elusiveness allows Castillo to get wide open for a 13 yard score. 14-0 Tigers.
Late 2nd, Cain started working the Lance Awe to Jalen Smith connection. They'd score on 2 pass plays including this 10 yarder to make it only a 14-12 halftime deficit.
Down 21-12 early in the 4th. Awe with the quick pass to Smith and Jalen takes off down the sidelines. The referee falls, but Smith never does. 83 yard score and it's 21-18.
Later in the 4th, Parks takes off running up the middle, but he leaves the ball on the turf. Hurricanes are in business.
1:44 left in the game, Awe goes to Smith for his 4th touchdown of the night. That's a 21 yarder. Cain wins it 25-21 and now both Cain and Collins are tied for second behind Tomball.
