Deer Park Deer vs. Dickinson Gators - 2013 Football - Week 3

Opening drive of the game between Deer Park and Dickinson, that's how you get a homecoming party started. Grant Mitterliner off the play fake, he's a little mobile flicks it to Jordan Meyers in the corner. Gators on the board first. That's just how they drew it up. Then later in the quarter, Deer Park marching along, Connor Means gambles a little bit, almost throws a pick six, but that ends up going for six. Courtesy Daniel Dimon, that's a combination that worked once, why not twice? 2nd quarter Deer Park dialing up the screen pass, Means to Dimon again, the seas are gonna part 60 yards to the house right there. Deer led it 21-14 at the break. 2nd half we're all tied up again when the rains came down. Sammy Lenton could see the goal line just fine though, would not be denied. Deer Park goes back up by a score then Dickinson tied it at 28 and the game ends in a 28-28 tie.
