Carl's Jr. Friday Night Fever - Katy Taylor JET Band

While a unique venue, performing at the Carl's Jr. in Katy wasn't entirely a new experience for the Jet Band. Music Full Each year they have their Marchathon which is a parade throughout Katy. And we just walk around playing songs for the neighborhood, so it's a lot of fun especially when people recognize you and you get to enjoy being out there with them. Their community involvement goes hand in hand with their competitive activities the Katy Taylor has won several competitions, and this years show Ode to Joy is in memory of a former band booster Joy Prendergast. Really the fans that we have in the stands are the people that we have in our community, so we play concerts like this and we have our parade in order to give back to the community that supports us when we go to competition. The playful setting of the show reflects the attitude of the band.
