The returning player of the year in district 19-6A is running back Seth Davis of Katy. He may be undersized at 5 foot 7, but it didn’t stop him from rushing for almost 25 hundred yards and 28 touchdowns because once he hits the hole, it’s usually time to strike up the band. Davis has over 42 hundred yards in his Katy career and may eclipse 7,000 before he’s done. Seth verbally committed to Mississippi State.
